Sams French Toast

Ingredients
8 slice whole wheat white bread3 large eggs beaten1/4 cup milk1tsp cinnamon3 tsp packed brown sugar1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions
Combine milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow dish. Something easy to dunk in. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium lightly coated with nonstick spray. Soak bread for a few seconds on each side and place in skillet. Cook for 4 minutes on first side and flip cook another 2 minutes on the other.
