kale, raw, 1 cup Spinach, cooked, 2 cup Swiss Chard, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped *Brown Rice, medium grain, 0.25 cup Olive Oil, 1 1tspPacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth, 1 cup, 4 serving Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Saute onions in olive oil until translucent. Cook rice 15 min in 2 cups of water then add greens and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 min. Add onions and simmer about 5 min more. Using a blender (immersion or other) blend ingredients until smooth. Add lemon juice and/or seasons of choice to taste.
