Cod (fish), 1 fillet(remove)Scallops, raw, 3 unit 2 large or 5 small(remove)Bumble Bee White Crabmeat, 1/4 cup/56g, 6 oz(remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .66 cup(remove)Garlic, 3 tsp(remove)Knorr Alfredo Sauce, 1 cup(remove)Shrimp, raw, 10 oz(remove)Dill weed, fresh, .25 cup sprigs(remove)
Directions
PLACE ON FILET IN A FOIL LINED PAN, TOP WITH MIXTURE OF SHRIMP, CRAB, SCALLOPS, 1/3 CUP CHEESE, GARLIC, 8 OZ ALFREDO SAUSE 1/2 DILL, PLACE SECOND FILET ON TOP. TOP WITH PART OF THE SHRIMP, AND A MIXTURE OF REMAINING ALFREDO, CHEESE AND DILL WEED. BAKE AT 475 UNTIL FISH IS FLAKEY APPROXIMATELY 35 TO 45 MINUTES
