Asian Meatballs

Ingredients
16 oz lean ground beef2 small whole carrots, chopped into thin medallions2 medium scallions, sliced finely1 large egg3 tbsp sesame seeds2 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp garlic powder2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 450º

Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl. Form 2 oz balls (a small handful) and place on an aluminum lined baking sheet. Place on the center rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Size: makes 8 meatballs, 2 oz each
