Stuffed flounder

Ingredients
8 large fresh mushrooms8 oz fresh spinach1 tbsp crumbled feta4 4 oz flounder fillets
Directions
preheat oven to 350 F
put no stick spray in pan and cook mushrooms 5 min over medium heat
add spinach and cook 2 min
drain extra moisture
add feta and stir
roll veggie/cheese mixture inside of fillets and hold in place with toothpick
put in 8x8 baking dish coated with nonstick spray and 2 tbsp of water
bake 15-20 min
