Rumbamel's Nutty ApriCran Monkey Bread

Ingredients
-1 can of 10 Grands Jrs. Golden Layers Honey Butter biscuits cut into 4ths-1/4 C Tropicana Pure Premium plus Calcium and D orange juice, warmed about 30 sec in the microwave-40 g dried apricots, diced-20 g dried cranberries, diced-18 g or 2 T chopped walnuts, I use Diamond Brand-2 T Smart Balance Light with Flax Oil-1/4 C packed light brown sugar-1/2 t ground cinnamon
Directions
---Dice the cranberries and apricots and put them in the warmed orange juice and let sit while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

---Preheat the oven 400 degrees. Cut the biscuits into 4ths. Melt the 2 T butter and mix in the cinnamon and brown sugar. Evenly dip/spread each piece of the biscuits in the butter/sugar mix and put them on your baking dish. I used my Pampered Chef stonewear so I didn't need to spray it. Make sure your pieces touch.

---Sprinkle the top with the cranberries and apricots evenly and finally the walnuts. Bake at 400 for 10-12 min. or until all are golden brown and not dough.

---Makes 10 servings of 4 little pieces each.
