Slow Cooker Chicken enchilada mix

Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts (cut in half)1 can tomatoes with green chiles6 oz. cream cheese2 tsp. fajita seasoning
Directions
Pour tomatoes and chiles in slow cooker. Cut cream cheese into blocks and add to tomatoes, place chicken on top and sprinkle with fajita seasoning.
Cook on high for 1 hour then decrease temperature to low for 3 hours or cook on low temperature for 5-6 hors.

Serve over a bed of lettuce and fresh tomatoes.
If using flour, corn tortilla or chips, add in nutritional information.
