Mangos, 2 , peeled and cubed *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) *Nigella, Kalonji, Black Onion Seed, 2 tsps (remove) Ginger Root, 1 Tbsp, minced(remove) *Sun Maid Golden Raisins ,2 Tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/2 tsp (remove) Salt, 2 tsp (remove) Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
In a saucespan heat oil. Add nigella seeds, ginger and raisins. stir and cook until raisins plump. Add mango, red pepper, salt and sugar and cook on medium heat until fruit is tender and chutney is thickened. Stir as needed.
Serving Size: Makes 2 cups- 1Tbsp per serving
