Ingredients
1/2 cup of yerba mate (or whatever flavor base you want to use)1/2 cup of coconut water (you can substitute, but stay low sugar)2 scoops of Unflavored/Unsweetened Whey, Hemp or Brown rice Protein Powder (30g’s worth of Protein total)1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon1 tbsp of creamy almond butter1/2 – 3/4 cup of ice
Directions
Blend. Pour in blender bottle drink holder the night before. Drink within 30 minutes of waking.
