12 tbsp wheat bran12 tbsp oat bran6 tbsp wheat germ1 cup 1 % milk4 egg whites2 6 oz. cup fit and active banan cream yogurts2 tsp. vanilla extract1 1//4 cups stevia granular1 tbsp. baking powder1 sm box sugar free fat free vanilla yogurt
