3/4 pound venison, lean ground beef, or ground chicken1/2 cup each of rutabaga (grated), onion (chopped),carrots (grated), potatoes (diced) 1-1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp. black pepper2 Tbsp. dried parsleyAnd pie dough for 4- 8 inch rounds
in large mixing bowl mix together meat, all vegetables, salt, pepper and parsley until well blended. Roll out your favorite pie to 4-8 inch rounds. Brush edges of pie dough with milk then put about 1 cup of meat mixture into center of each round, fold over like a turn over and press to seal the edges. place on sprayed cookie sheet and and bake at 400 degrees on bottom shelf for 25 minutes. move to center shelf and bake 20 minutes longer. Serve with gravey. 1 pie per person.
