Salmon Salad in an Avocado Bowl

Ingredients
1 Hass Avocado2.5 Oz Container of Chicken of the Sea Salmon1/4 Cup chopped red bell pepper4 Tbsp Fat Free Mayo1 Fresh lemon wedge1/2 Fresh Lime1/4 tsp Table salt1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Put the Salmon into a bowl after straining liquid, add 4 Tbsp of FAT FREE mayo, Add Bell pepper, add Juice from 1 lemon wedge, Add Juice from 1/2 Whole Lime. Add salt and pepper, Mix with fork till all ingredients well mixed.

Cut Avocado in 1/2, Remove core, Scoop out additional room on avocado to your desired size, chop up removed avocado and add to Salmon salad.

Spoon the salmon salad into the avocado and eat like a bread bowl.... Yummy! and a big fat burner...
