1 lb lean ground beef1 can no salt pinto beans1 can no salt kidney beans1 can no salt black beans2 cans no salt diced tomatoes1 can low sodium tomato puree4 teaspoons oregano4 tablespoons paprika2 tablesspoons garlic powder1 tablespoon onion powder2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce (optional)1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper1 teaspoon cayenne pepper2 teaspoons ground cumin2 teaspoons minced garlic1 chopped onion1 chopped green pepper
1. Brown ground beef, rinse under water
2. Brown peppers, onion, garlic
3. Mix all ingredients in crock pot
4. Let cook at low heat for 4-8 hours
