Spagetti squash Primaveria with chicken

Ingredients
1 whole melon of Spaghetti squash1/2 of small can of mushrooms20 fresh spinach leaves1/2 of can of diced tomatos1/2 cup fresh zuchinni6 oz grilled chicken1 jar Bertolli alfredo sauce
Directions
boil spagetti squash for 20 min. Scrap out with spoon into pan. Add spinach, diced tomatos, mushrooms, and zucchinni if desired. For a quick dish I use the precooked grilled chicken and add it at this time as well. Cook on med heat covered for about 20 Min till squash is clear looking and all other vegies are tender.Then add Alfredo sauce and heat till warm and serve!
