Ingredients
1/2 banana, sliced down the middle1 tbsp of peanut butter,1/2 cup of prepared sugar free chocolate pudding, 1tbsp of cool whip light 1/2 oz of nuts
Directions
slice banana lenght wise place in bowl
spread one tablespoon of peanut butter on top
then place 1./2 cup of pudding on top.
then the cool whip and sprinkle with the nuts.

    I just made this and I think it will become a once a week treat. I used protein pudding (made with half water half skim milk) and it was like eating melted icecream on a banana split. YUMMY. (I also got the cal count down to 236 . For a PB lover it is awesomeness! - 5/28/08
