White rice 1 cupblack gram beans 1/4 cupWaterSalt to tasteoil as needed
Soak the rice and dal seprately for about an hour and grind well into paste seperately.Mix them by hand and add salt .Leave it overnight.
In a flat pan ,pour a scoop of the paste and spread to a nice thice pancake .if u want spill a li'l oil over the edges .turn it upside down and let it cook until golden brown.
Any indian chutney or sambar will do good
