Raw Natural Protein Bars

Ingredients
2 Cups Pure Whole Grain Rolled Oats3 tsp (1 tbsp) Flax Meal3 tsp (1 tbsp) Chia Seeds1/2 cup unsweetened coconut1/2 cup blanched ground almonds6-10 dried organic apricots1/2 cup cocoa nibs - ground up1 cup chocolate almond milk (Almond Breeze)1/2 cup natural almond butter
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together

Microwave wet ingredients together just enough to warm and melt chocolate

Mix dry and wet ingredients together

Pour mixture into a parchment paper lined pan

Put in fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hours

Cut into 15 bars
