Chilled Sesame Asparagus Salad

Ingredients
Asparagus - fresh about 2lbssesame oillite soy saucesugarsesame seedsground ginger
Directions
Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus, and cut into bite sized pieces. Blanche in boiling water for about 4 minutes. Drain and put in serving bowl and set aside.

Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over asparagus. Stir together so every piece is coated. cover and place in fridge to chill at least 1 hour.
