Oven Baked Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
1 pound of tilapia1 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh if possible)1 T paprika1 T dried parsley1 T olive oil1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Wash and pat dry tilapia
Mix rest of ingredients in a shallow dish
Brush tilapia with olive oil and dredge in parmesan mixture. Place on baking sheet.
Take remaining parmesan mixture and place on coated fish.

Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until fish is flaky.
