Unstuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken or turkey (can use ground beef)1/2 cup chopped onion2 large green peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces1 can (680 ml) Hunts Thick and Rich Garlic Pasta Sauce (or spaghetti sauce of your choice)5 ounces grated marble cheese (or cheese of your choice)3 cups cooked rice
Directions
Cook beef, onion and green peppers in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

Stir in pasta sauce, cheese and rice. Mix well.

Heat on low until hot.
