Ingredients
2 1/2 cups water1 c. Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain Rolled Cereal2 Tbsp. milled flax seed2 Tbsp. chia seeds2 Tbsp. honey
Directions
Boil water. Add cereal and seeds, stir, cover and reduce heat. Simmer about 10-15 minutes to desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in honey. Serves 4.
