Shirred Eggs with cheese - low carb

1/2 tsp butter1 TBLS heavy whipping cream2 large eggs1 TBLS shredded parmesansalt and pepper to tastepaprika (optional)
1. Set oven to 375.
2. Butter ramekin.
3. Pour the cream into the ramekin.
4. Add the eggs gently, one at a time, keeping them in the center. The cream will wrap around the edges.
5. Add the cheese on top, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika (if desired).
6. Place ramekin on a cookie sheet (for easier handling) in the oven.
7. Bake until set, but still soft in the center (approximately 15 minutes, see tips).
