Banana Bread

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup (remove) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large (remove) Olive Oil, .75 cup (remove) *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove) Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove) Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove) Ginger, ground, .5 tsp (remove) Salt, .5 tsp (remove) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Allspice, 1 tsp (remove) Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
Directions
Grease two 8x4x3 bread pans. Beat sugar and eggs until creamy. Mix in oil. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice. Mix in bananas. Pour into pans and bake at 350 for 40 min or until done. (Elevation and ovens vary.)
