Paleo Shepards Pie

Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(remove)*Bacon (Hormel) Uncured 2slcs=15g, 454 gram(s)(remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced(remove)Ground beef, lean, 16 oz(remove)Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup(remove)Cauliflower, cooked, 4 cup (1" pieces)(remove)
Cook onions until tanslucent, add bacon and cook through, add carrots and celery, cook additional 10 minutes. Add beef and cook through. While this all cooks, steam cauliflower and then use food processor to mash with 2 TBS olive oil. Once beef is cooked add chicken stock and cook until evaporated 60%. Season to taste with salt and pepper and paprika. Then put beef mixture in 9x13 inch pan and top with cauliflower. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
