Greek Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced2 TBS ground flax seed (golden flax meal)1/2 cup almond milk1 TBS honey
Directions
In a blender, blend all ingredients by pulsing for 10 seconds. Add 4-5 ice cubes, replace the cover and blend on high until ice is crushed fine. If smoothie is too think, add a little more almond milk.
