Ingredients
3 Tilapia Filiets1 LemonI can't believe it's not butter sprayolive oilground pepper
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 400; Line a glass baking dish with aluminum foil; Lightly spray foil with oilive oil; Lay fish in single layer in dish. Spray each filet with I can't believe it's not butter spray, enough to coat (about 5 sprays per filet); Squeeze the juice from one lemon evenly over all the filets; Sprinkle with fresh, ground pepper (to taste). Baked uncovered on middle rack for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Depending on the size of the filets this is 2-3 servings. The Calorie count shown isn't right because I couldn't find Tilapia on their list and I don't know how many calories it has...
