tuna melt

Ingredients
1 can tuna, packed in water3 tbsp low fat or fat free Miracle Whip8 green olives with pimento, sliced1 tbsp chopped onion2 slices whole wheat bread3 slices colby cheese, low fat
Directions
Drain tuna, add onions, sliced olives and Miracle Whip. Place 2 slices of bread on cookie sheet. Spread tuna mixture on bread, cover with slices of colby cheese.

Cook in oven under broiler just until cheese melts. 2 servings, one sandwich each.
