Healthy Low Carb Flaxseed Waffles

Ingredients
1 Cup Flaxseed meal1 tsp baking powder3/4 cup milk4 eggs (or 3 eggs and 1 egg white)1 tsp cinnamon1 TBSP vanilla extract2 TBSP Splenda
Directions
Combine flaxseed and baking powder in a large bowl. Melt butter in a small dish or pot and put in a small bowl. Whisk in eggs/white, then add cinnamon, splenda, milk and vanilla and combine well. Add wet ingredients to dry and combine well. Allow to thicken for 2 minutes. Pour into waffle iron and cook until set and golden. Approx 8 minutes.
