Lianes Bean Dip/Side salad

Ingredients
I large red onion chopped2bunches Scallions chopped1can black beans ( drained & rinsed)1can Mexicorn (drained)2medium tomatoes chopped2avacados chopped1 packet dry Italian dressing1/4 c olive oil1/2 c red wine vinegar
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Chill for several hours. Serve with Baked Scoops or as salad
