Spicy Peanut Chicken Noodle Stir Fry

Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 25 ounces (remove)Onions, raw, 2 cup, sliced (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Eat Smart Sunrise Slaw, 9 oz (remove)Wel-pac Noodles (1oz dry), 6 oz (remove)Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt, 0.25 cup (remove)*Condiment - Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, 15 gram(s) (remove)
Slice onion and chicken.
Add olive oil and sesame oil to wok and add chicken until seared.
Add vegetables until starting to soften a little.
Boil the noodles according to the instructions and add to the wok.
Add peanut butter and sriracha and stir until coated.
Eat hot or cold.
Serving Size: Makes 6 generous servings (approx 1.5 cups/serving)
