Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen strawberries1/2 cup frozen mangos1/2 cup vanillla yogurt1/2 cup 1% milk3/4 cup spinach
Directions
Blend all ingredients well in the blender. If you use fresh fruits instead of frozen you may want to add a little ice to thicken it up.
