Slow Cooker Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breastsOlive Oil Cooking Spray1 tbsp Onion Powder6 cloves garlic, minced3 tablespoons brown sugar1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1 tsp Bay Leaves1/2 cup chicken stock1/3 cup soy sauce1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions
Spray slow cooker with Olive Oil cooking spray, add liquids and spices and mix will. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 7-8, depending on slow cooker. Preheat the oven to broil. Place a cooling rack inside a baking sheet lined with foil. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Strain the remaining sauce into a pot and cook over medium high heat, stirring frequently, until reduced by half, about 8-10 minutes. Brush both sides of chicken with sauce, and broil 2-3 minutes until crispy. Serve with rice.
