3 medium stalks of celeryHalf of a large onion4 medium carrots, peeled4 cups Vegetable Broth3/4 cup Tomato Paste1 cup soy milk1 cup Bob's Red Mill Vegetable mix1 cup Red Lentils
Chop all vegetables according to your soup texture liking. Add all ingrediants into crockpot at the same time. Cook on High for 1 hour. Add seasoning to taste and simmer for 15 more minutes. Serve and enjoy! :)
