Ingredients
10 ROMA TOMATOES4 CLOVES GARLIC4 CHOPPED SERRANO PEPPERSSALT - OPTIONAL (NOT INCLUDED IN RECIPE)CELANTRO - OPTIONAL
Directions
Put tomatoes, in crock pot, put a slit in four of the tomatoes to add garlic clove. Chop 4 Peppers (less if want less spice) and add to tomatoes. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours and then put through blender. Refrigerate.
