My Vegan Potato Soup

Ingredients
3 medium russet potatoes chopped1 large onion chopped1 tbsp salt (or McKays Chicken Style seasoning)1/2 bunch parsley1/4 cup raw cashew pieces1/4 cup all purpose flour2 cups water
Directions
Boil potatoes, onion and parsley until done. Blend cashews and flour and water until creamy. Add to potatoes and return to boil. Remove from heat and serve.
