Brown Rice Stir-fry LOW CALORIES

1/2C Uncooked brown rice (Will make about 1 1/2 C cooked rice) 1C of mixed vegetables (I used frozen ones)1Tbsp Soy Sauce (Works just as well with sodium reduced soy sauce)About 1tsp of seasame oil or whatever other oil you want to use. I liked the flavor seasame oil gave.
Cook the rice according to directions using the absorption method. Empty rice from pan.
Heat the oil in same pan, then add the rice, mixed vegetables and soy sauce and cook till the rice is slightly crispy.
Sorry this is pretty brief, but I literally chucked it all together and it turned out pretty well!
Serving Size: Makes 3-4 100g servings.
