Pimento Pepper Cheese

Ingredients
2 8-oz packages Neufchatel cheese8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese4 tbs sour cream7 oz can diced pimentos, drained (120 g dry weight)1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
Directions
Whip cheese and sour cream with an electric mixer.

Add peppers and mix until combined.

Store in the refrigerator; best left overnight for flavors to combine.

Serving Size: 2 tbs - recipe makes 4 cups (32 servings)
