1/2 pound London Broil1.5 tsp Mrs Dash salt free Garlic and herb.5 tsp black pepper.5 tsp nu salt ( or similar salt Substitute)1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
mix ingredients thourghly, pour on top of meat in pot. cover and enjoy in 6-8 hours
