Low fat Tomato, Chili and Basil soup

Ingredients
* Canned Tomatoes, 400 grams * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Garlic, 2 cloves * Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp * Salt, 1 dash * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp * Basil, 2 tbsp * Shiitake Mushrooms, 2 mushrooms * Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp
Directions
sweat the garlic, onion and -add chili flakes if u like it hot- the mushrooms. Three minutes later, add the tomatoes, and fill up the tin with water twice and empty that in the pan. simmer for 30 minutes. Whizz with a hand mixer. DONE! easy peasy nd delicious. If u like, add a couple of tablespoonfulls of reduced fat creme fraiche
