quinoa lasagna

Ingredients
1. cook quinoa 2. saute onions in butter3. shred all cheeses4. thaw spinachlayer the quinoa, onions, spinach and cheese. It may be layered twice depending on the size dish used. Top layer should be the cheese. Cover and place into 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. Cut into 8 portions and serve. Accompany with salad or sliced tomatoes
