Overnight Oatmeal V

Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats1 cup dried cranberries3 cups water1 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk1/4 cup chopped pecans2 pkts. Splenda1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. vanilla1 large Granny Smith apple, chopped
Directions
This works best in a small crock pot since the larger ones seem to burn the oatmeal. It cooks up creamy.

In a crockpot, combine all the ingredients and set on LOW heat. Cover and allow to cook for 8 to 9 hours. Overnight is best for a morning treat.

Stir and serve when ready.
