Energy Brownies

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:1/2 c. gluten-free flour blend1/2 c. organic cocoa powder, unsweetened1/2 c. organic non-fat dry milk1/2 c. organic whey powder1/2 c. raw sugar1/4 tsp gluten free baking powder1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 c. chopped organic walnuts1/2 c. organic semisweet chocolate chips1/2 c. organic dark chocolate chipsWet Ingredients:2 organic eggs1/2 cup organic coconut oil1/4 c. water1 tsp organic vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8" x 8" glass pan with coconut oil or organic pan release spray.

Mix together all dry ingredients with a wooden spoon until well-blended. Add in the wet ingredients and stir until the mix has an even consistency.

Pour the batter into the prepared glass pan and spread evenly into the corners. Place the pan in the center of the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool completely before cutting into 10 equal pieces. bag individually for serving-sized portions to take on-the-go.
