Besan or chickpea flour - 1 cupRice flour (white/brown rice) - 2 tbspOnion (finely chopped) - 0.2 cupTomato (finely chopped) - 0.2 cupHot pepper - 1 tspGarlic paste - 1 tspGinger paste - 1 tspCoriander seed powder - 2 tspCumin seed powder - 2 tspTurmeric powder - 0.5 tspsalt - to taste
Mix all ingredients. Add water to make a batter with consistency thinner than that of pancake batter. Spread half cup of batter on a non-stick girdle and cook till brown (almost 1-2 minutes). Flip and cook the other side. Serve with ketchup or chutney, and Tea/ Coffee.
