5 lbs. ground beef2 C. chopped onion16 C. pureed tomato 4-6oz. cans tomato paste2 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. minced parsley1 1/2 Tbsp. salt1 Tbsp. oregano1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. ginger1/2 tsp. allspice2 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. Pampered Chef parmesan & garlic oil dipping seasoning1/2 Tbsp. basil
Brown beef; add onions and cook slowly until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick enough for serving. If the meat is fat, skim off excess fat before canning. Pour, while hot, into hot canning jars, leaving 1 inch head space. Adjust caps. Process pints 1 hour at 10 pounds of pressure or quarts 10 minutes at 15 pounds of pressure.
