Moroccan Chicken Tagine with dates

Ingredients
1 tsp Ground cumin1 tsp dried chilli1 tsp ginger powder1 tsp ground coriander1 tsp dried chilli flakes8 chicken thighs1 kal oil spray2 cloves of garlic, chopped1 bunch spring onions, sliced100g dates, pitted and chopped1 400g tin of tomatoesFresh coriander, chopped
Directions
make rub from dry ingredients
coat chicken in rub and brown in 1 kal coated pan for 5 minutes
put thighs into tagine (or slow cooker)
saute garlic and onions for about 3 minutes then add these to the chicken
add chopped dates to the tagine
put in oven for at least an hour at 160 degrees C
check chicken completely cooked before serving
