Jaffna Lentil Curry

Ingredients
Lentils - 1 cupOnion - 1 tbsp choppedGreen Chillies -1/2 tbsp choppedGarlic - 2 gloves choppedTurmeric powder - 1 tbspsalt to tastemilk 1% - 3-4 tbspwater - 2-2/12 cups
Directions
1. Wash the lentils and add about 2 cups of water, chopped onion, green chillies, garlic, turmeric powder and salt to taste.

2. Let it cook on stove top in medium heat for about 10-12 minutes

3. Add about 2-3 tea spoon of milk once throughly cooked

4. Turn off the stove and serve with bread.
