Asian BBQ pork chops with Roasted Potatoes

1 cup ketchup6 tbsp honey4 tbsp soy sauce4 cloves garlic, minced1 1/2 lb boneless pork chops28 oz package potato inspirations2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Prepare potatoes: Preheat oven to 400*. Chop potatoes in half and toss with olive oil. Spread on rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
Prepare pork while potatoes are cooking: Combine ketchup, honey, soy sauce and garlic in a small bowl. Season pork on both sides with salt and pepper. Brush each with sauce to coat. Grill over medium-high heat about 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
