Squash Lasagna

Ingredients
Spaghetti Squash1 lb Ground Italian Pork Sausage2 c spaghetti sauce8 oz Ricotta Cheese2 oz Parmesan Cheese2 c Mozzarella Cheese1 onion5 cloves garlic
Directions
Pierce squash with a knife and cook in over at 350 for 1 hour. Remove and cut in half. Discard seeds then remove "spaghetti" with a fork and place into a baking dish. Saute onion and garlic in a sauce pan and then add pork. Cook until brown. Add half to top of squash, then add sauce, ricotta, parm and mozzarella. Repeat, ending with mozzarella on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
