Ingredients
I used fresh pineapple, grapes, strawberries, mandarin oranges, kale and spinach. I used frozen mangoes (3 bags), raspberries, peaches and blueberries (1 bag each).
Directions
mix all together. separate into individual baggies. freeze. when ready to use, thaw and blend with Greek yogurt and almond milk to your taste.
