Quick Low Fat Shrimp Stir Fry for Two

Ingredients
1 tbs Low Salt Soy Sauce2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar1 tbs McCormicks minced garlic1 package instant brown rice (microwavable)12 oz peeled and deviened raw shrimp1 large egg
Directions
Thaw the shirmp. This takes the longest part of the prep time. Run them under cold water for faster results. Put soy sauce, balsamic and garlic in a frying pan or wok if you have it. Add shrimp once the garlic is heated. When shirmp is almost done, about 10 minutes...put rice in the microwave about 90 minutes. add rice and egg to pan. toss until egg is cooked and all ingredients are mixed. Serve hot.
